What is a host?
A host is a server where your website sets until someone
puts in your web address. Your site is then opened from the
host. Hosting has become very affordable. We offer
hosting for just $120 a year which includes 50
Meg Space, Web-based Email, 10 POP Email Boxes, Email forwarding
and Auto Responders. There
is a $20 set-up fee for all new sites.
Q. Do I have to pay a minimum?
No
Minimums. Use us only when you need us. From typing
a single letter to having us create and mail a monthly newsletter,
Word Works is always on standby. We will print one copy or
any number you may need. If you have a very large job, we’ll even
coordinate your printing job with our printer.

What will I receive when I use Word Works Design?

What will I get charged for?
No
hidden costs. We charge only for the work we perform for
you. All charges are clearly outlined and put into writing
for you before we begin any job.

What is the benefit of using Word Works?
No
additional overhead or equipment. If you hired additional
full-time personnel, you would have to purchase equipment, provide
office space, vacation, and benefits. Add it all up, you could
be paying over $21.00 per typed page. Much more than
the per page charge of Word Works.

We understand how important this is to businesses as well
as personal matters. We give every piece of work total confidentially.

Do I have to live in Louisville area to use Word Works?
Flexibility.
We are able to work with you via email, fax, US mail
or through a courier service. Postage and/or other shipping
charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Some of my work involves charts and inserting of photos, can you
do that?
Versatility.
We are can handle any secretarial job or desktop publishing job
you may have. We use Microsoft Office 2000, MS Word, MS PowerPoint,
MS Publisher, MS FrontPage, Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, and
many others. You tell us your preferred format.
